every time we stay in el paso, like to stay here. the property is convenient and the staff is affable. attentive staff providing good services. the location is decent and secure, within walking distance of sunland park racetrack & casino. lots of food options relatively close to the venue. the restaurant is good.

The hotel's location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable near Sunland Park Mall. They gave me a neat and nicely decorated room with a comfortable king-size bed, microwave, and fridge.

The location and comfort
Even when I made my reservation for two rooms, we arrived they assigned us both rooms but when we got to the rooms only one was ready, other was not, it was dirty and untidy, they changed us to another one that was the same and they changed us again to another one that was ready but it was a single bed and a sofa bed. My reservation was for two rooms with two beds each. To top it all off, there were no bed linens for the sofa and no controls for the TV. On top of that, I wanted to buy water from the vending machine and bottle got stuck on the way out. They returned my money and sent me to another one on another floor that did not accept coins. All in all, it was a huge inconvenience. pity because I have been a client of this hotel for many years now. They offered a discount refund but that doesn't take away from the enormous inconvenience, especially since we arrived tired and sleepy.

The rooms with double queen beds
Extremely polite and accommodating staff members. Magnificent location, short walk to Downtown and the Outlet Mall, restaurants, and Sunland Park Mall. - Lots of shopping opportunities

The staff members were really helpful. the hotel has an excellent location next to popular restaurants like Olive Garden and Red Lobster. the rooms are a nice size and tastefully decorated, equipped with a microwave and fridge. it was a good stay!
